Qualificações

• Up to 10 years of experience in IT service or vendor management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or Electrical & Computer Engineering.
• Experience in IT Vendor and Contract Management.
• Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management and vendor governance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative and international environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, vendors and priorities in a complex IT environment.
• Good level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the lifecycle of large IT contracts and vendor portfolios at an international level.
• Monitor and report financial execution, spend and consumption.
• Develop and maintain vendor reporting and dashboards to monitor performance, spend and KPIs.
• Coordinate Vendor Committees focusing on vendor performance, financial execution and continuous improvement.
• Perform root-cause analysis on vendor performance issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Manage contract governance and vendor relationships, ensuring alignment with business objectives and contractual commitments.
• Provide guidance to stakeholders on contract optimization, compliance and value extraction.
• Manage invoicing and payment processes, including purchase orders and contractual penalties where applicable.
• Drive contract management improvements and automation.

We are searching for aIT Contract Manager!

Responsibilities:

• Manage the lifecycle of large IT contracts and vendor portfolios at an international level, including renewals and RFP processes.
• Monitor and report financial execution, spend and consumption, supporting budgeting and cost-control activities.
• Develop and maintain vendor reporting and dashboards to monitor performance, spend and contractual KPIs.
• Coordinate Vendor Committees, focusing on vendor performance, financial execution and continuous improvement.
• Perform root-cause analysis on vendor performance issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Manage contract governance and vendor relationships, ensuring alignment with business objectives and contractual commitments.
• Provide guidance to stakeholders on contract optimization, compliance and value extraction.
• Manage invoicing and payment processes, including purchase orders and contractual penalties where applicable.

Requirements:

• Up to 10 years of experience in IT service/application availability management, contract management or vendor management.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or Electrical & Computer Engineering.
• Experience in IT Vendor and Contract Management.
• Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management, vendor governance and financial management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and international environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, vendors and priorities in a complex IT environment.
• Good level of english.
