Job summary

Decskill, a growing IT consulting company with international reach, is looking for an IT Business Tester – Dynamics 365 & Azure DevOps for a project in Lisbon. You will analyze requirements, design and execute tests, and drive quality across functional, end-to-end and workflow tests.

You will collaborate with consultants, developers and business stakeholders across diverse environments, applying BDD/TDD and supporting CI/CD integration. English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Software Testing, Business Testing, Functional Testing or QA.
• Experience analyzing requirements, business processes, use cases and user stories.
• Hands-on design and execution of functional test cases.
• Experience with UAT and direct interaction with business stakeholders.
• Knowledge of E2E, workflow testing, BDD and/or TDD.
• Experience with test management and defect tracking.
• Experience with cloud-based software products and CI/CD environments.
• Experience in Agile environments (Scrum/SAFe).
• Knowledge of Microsoft technologies, especially Dynamics 365 and Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge or experience with test automation and CI/CD integration.
• Fluent in English (B2+).

Responsibilities

• Work closely with consultants, developers, Product Owners and business representatives across international and multicultural environments.
• Apply modern Test First approaches, including BDD, TDD, E2E and workflow testing.
• Contribute to test automation strategies and ensure automated tests cover business-critical functionalities.
• Support the integration and execution of automated tests within CI/CD pipelines.
• Work within Agile environments, contributing to continuous improvement of testing processes and practices.
• Communicate test results, defects, risks and quality status effectively to technical, business and management stakeholders.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve testing processes, software quality and business outcomes.

• Experience with UAT / User Acceptance Testing and direct interaction with business stakeholders.
• Knowledge of modern testing methodologies, including E2E, workflow testing, BDD and/or TDD.
• Experience with test management and defect management.
• Experience working with Cloud-based software products and CI/CD environments.
• Experience working in Agile environments, preferably Scrum and/or SAFe.
• Knowledge of Microsoft technologies, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge or experience with test automation and integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Fluente in English (B2+ - is mandatory).
