Job summary

NoeXa - IT Solutions, based in Lisbon, is seeking an IT Business Analyst to support technology strategy, governance, and portfolio management. You will analyze requirements, document analyses, and develop dashboards using Power BI to drive strategic investments.

You will collaborate with business and IT stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and help produce business cases and executive presentations, contributing to data quality and reporting automation.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Analysis, IT Governance, Portfolio Management, or Technology Transformation initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with LeanIX.
• Strong Power BI data modeling skills.
• Experience developing business cases and IT financial management processes.
• Experience in management consulting or strategic consulting environments is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to different audiences.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

Position:

IT Business Analyst

Work model:

1 day per week transitioning to 1 day/month at the office (Lisbon, Portugal)

Project Context:

You will join a team responsible for supporting technology strategy, governance, and portfolio management activities. Your role will focus on planning, analysis, and reporting, ensuring that technology investments and strategic decisions are supported by accurate, structured, and actionable information.
