Job summary

Expleo is seeking a senior analyst to support portfolio planning, governance, and reporting in Lisbon. You will develop Power BI reports, model costs and delivery progress, and link initiatives to business needs using LeanIX.

You will engage with data owners and stakeholders to improve data quality and enable informed decision making. The role emphasizes strategy consulting experience, an understanding of IT financials, and an analytical mindset to translate complex questions into clear findings

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis, portfolio management, IT governance or transformation projects.
• Practical experience with LeanIX and Power BI, including data modelling.
• Strategy consulting experience is advantageous.
• Understanding of IT financials and how initiatives connect to applications and resources.
• A structured, analytical approach with clear communication to stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently on defined work packages.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above.

Responsibilities

• Support portfolio planning, prioritisation and regular reviews.
• Analyse business requirements and contribute to business cases and roadmaps.
• Maintain application information and dependencies in LeanIX.
• Develop Power BI reports and data models for costs, actuals vs forecast.

Responsibilities

• - Support portfolio planning, prioritisation and regular reviews, considering strategic fit, expected benefits, risks and team capacity;
• - Analyse business requirements and contribute to business cases, roadmaps and management presentations;
• - Maintain application information, ownership and dependencies in LeanIX, linking them to initiatives and business needs;
• - Develop Power BI reports and data models covering costs, actuals versus forecast, resource allocation and delivery progress;
• - Work with data owners to improve data quality, automate reporting and clarify cost allocation;
• - Support stakeholder workshops and the introduction of governance processes, documenting decisions and following up agreed actions.

Essential skills

• - Experience in business analysis, portfolio management, IT governance or transformation projects;
• - Practical experience with both LeanIX and Power BI, including data modelling;
• - Experience in strategy consulting, management consulting or a comparable internal advisory role is an advantage;
• - An understanding of IT financials, business cases and how initiatives, applications and resources connect;
• - A structured, analytical approach, with the ability to break down complex questions and explain findings clearly;
• - Confidence working with different stakeholders and contributing independently to agreed work packages;
• - A relevant degree or equivalent practical experience;
• - Ability to take advantage of AI, to explore practical ways to use it in analysis, reporting and everyday work;
• - English B2 or above.
