Join Amaris Consulting, where you can develop your potential and make a difference within the company.

  • Strong experience in end‑to‑end quality and testing for complex, distributed systems.
  • Exposure to IoT/cloud platforms, mobile applications and backend services.
  • Background working with connected devices, IoT or hardware‑dependent digital products.
  • Ability and willingness to work hands‑on with physical devices, not only via reports.
  • Strong coordination skills to align multiple teams and external partners around a shared quality vision.
  • Excellent documentation skills and the ability to bring clarity and structure in fragmented environments.
  • Experience defining or driving test strategies and quality expectations across systems and teams.
  • Comfortable working in English, both written and spoken.
  • Structured, ownership‑driven mindset with strong stakeholder management.
  • Experience defining and tracking test and quality KPIs (for example success rates, stability indicators, defect escape rate).
  • Experience collaborating closely with customer service and support organisations.

You will define and drive the end‑to‑end quality strategy for a connected digital ecosystem, ensuring alignment and consistency across multiple teams, systems and partners.

  • Own the end‑to‑end quality and testing strategy across devices, cloud services, integrations and applications.
  • Establish and document E2E testing scope, test quality KPIs and quality expectations aligned with business and technical goals.
  • Clarify quality ownership and interfaces between digital teams, R&D and external partners, ensuring alignment upfront.
  • Coordinate the overall E2E testing scope across teams and vendors and consolidate results into a single quality view.
  • Review test strategies and reports at component and system level, identify gaps to real end‑to‑end behaviour and drive improvements.
  • Lead E2E testing involving physical devices; perform hands‑on testing when needed to understand real behaviour and constraints.
  • Define pragmatic testing approaches combining manual, scenario‑based and lab testing, and drive a realistic automation roadmap.
  • Coordinate availability, allocation and usage of devices and equipment required for E2E testing across labs.
  • Contribute from early phases of new platforms and products to embed “quality by design”, focusing on testability, support and maintainability.
  • Support change management and release decisions with E2E quality and risk assessments.
  • Ensure compliance and IT security considerations are integrated into E2E quality practices.
  • Collaborate closely with customer service and support teams, using field issues and feedback to continuously improve test scenarios and digital quality.
  • Define and track key test and quality KPIs, especially ahead of major launches.
  • Optionally contribute to improving digital support content, including AI‑based solutions, based on customer feedback
