Senior QA Engineer

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join our IAM Squad in a dynamic Core Capabilities Tribe.

As a Senior QA Engineer, you will ensure the quality of our solutions by implementing best practices in test design and test automation. You will design test scenarios, reinforce quality concepts within the squad, participate in agile rituals, and contribute to the QA community.

• Implement best practices in test design and automation;
• Design functional, regression, and performance test cases;
• Reinforce quality concepts and practices within the squad;
• Actively participate in agile rituals and QA community initiatives.

Work environment

Client's premises

• Work schedule: Full-time
• Remote work: Twice a week at client's premises

Technical environment

• Programming & Test Frameworks: Java, Selenium, Java Cucumber, Karate, Cypress
• Test Design & Methodologies: Gherkin, BDD (Behavior Driven Development), TDD (Test Driven Development)
• Version Control & CI/CD: Git, Continuous Integration pipelines
• Databases / Querying: SQL
• Agile Tools / Practices: Agile SCRUM rituals, test planning in Agile context
• Optional / Nice to Have: IAM concepts, Keycloak IAM framework, experience in life insurance or banking sector

Required profile

You have 5+ years of proven experience in the Quality Assurance / Software Testing field.

You are passionate about test automation, software quality, and continuous improvement and have initial experience in the QA Engineer profession in the financial services or insurance industry.

In order to carry out this assignment successfully, you must be proficient in:

• Technologies: Java, Selenium, Java Cucumber, Karate, Cypress, SQL, Git, Continuous Integration tools
• Methodologies: BDD (Behavior Driven Development), TDD (Test Driven Development), Agile SCRUM practices, Test Design Techniques
• Business knowledge: Software Quality Assurance, IAM concepts (nice to have), Banking / Insurance domain knowledge
• Certification: ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board) or equivalent (optional but a plus)
• Languages:
