Job summary

Nordea Asset Management in Portugal is seeking an Investment Proposal internship trainee to join the IWD Investment Products RFP team in Oeiras. This on-site role focuses on delivering high-quality RFPs and DDQs for institutional and wholesale clients worldwide, supporting the NAM distribution organisation.

You will collaborate across NAM with sales, governance, and product teams, developing expertise in asset management, ESG integration, risk metrics, and financial instruments, while

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in economics, finance or similar (or about to graduate).
• Very good skills in written and spoken English. Other languages are considered an asset.
• Genuine interest for investments and asset management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate high-quality responses to RFPs and DDQs for institutional and discretionary clients.
• Collaborate with sales, governance, product management, and other NAM stakeholders.
• Contribute to improvements of RFP processes, tools and content frameworks with a focus on AI-driven efficiencies.
• Proactively manage internal clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth RFP delivery.
• Build and maintain understanding of NAM’s investment capabilities and product offering.
