Nordea Asset Management Portugal is seeking an Investment Proposal trainee to join the IWD Investment Products RFP team in Oeiras (Quinta da Fonte). The role is a 12-month internship with on-site work and a monthly gross salary of €1,400 plus meal allowance.

You will prepare high-quality responses to RFPs and DDQs for institutional and wholesale clients, collaborating with sales and product teams while developing expertise in asset management and ESG considerations.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in economics, finance or similar (or about to graduate).
• Very good written and spoken English.
• Genuine interest in investments and asset management.
• Well-organised, detail oriented and a team player.
• Ability to learn new software applications quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and coordinate high-quality responses to RFPs and DDQs for institutional and wholesale clients.
• Collaborate with sales, governance, product management and other stakeholders across NAM.
• Contribute to improved RFP processes, tools and content with AI-driven efficiencies.
• Proactively manage internal clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth RFP delivery.
• Build a strong understanding of NAM’s investment capabilities and products.
