Job summary

Nordea Asset Management (NAM) in Portugal is offering an internship in Investment Proposal specialization within the RFP Operations team. You will contribute to high-quality investment proposals and due diligence responses that help NAM win and maintain institutional and wholesale client mandates globally.

The role is based in Oeiras (Quinta da Fonte) and is 100% on-site. You will work with sales teams, product managers, and investment specialists to translate complex concepts into clear written

Qualifications

• Master's degree in economics, finance or similar (or about to graduate).
• Very good skills in written and spoken English.
• Genuine interest for investments and asset management.
• Well-organised, detail oriented and a team player with ability to prioritise and deliver on time.
• Rapid learner with aptitude to learn new software applications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate high-quality responses to RFPs and DDQs for institutional and discretionary clients, focusing on the operational value chain.
• Collaborate with sales, governance, product management and other NAM stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate, yet commercially impactful responses; contribute to improving RFP processes and content with AI-driven efficiencies.
• Proactively manage internal clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth RFP delivery.
• Build and maintain a strong understanding of NAM's investment capabilities and product offering.
