Job summary

Randstad NV in Lisbon is seeking an Internal Controller to identify risks impacting strategic objectives and strengthen internal control maturity within an SAP S/4HANA environment. The role centers on monitoring action plans, leading self-assessments, and supporting framework reviews.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years' experience, a Master's in Finance, and strong analytical/data-handling skills, with SAP experience valued. Hybrid working with occasional travel is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Master's degree in Finance or related field.
• SAP experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Monitor action plans from internal audits, risk assessments and external reviews and provide a monthly dashboard.
• Coordinate annual internal control self-assessment campaigns and review results.
• Participate in the annual review of the internal control framework (ITGC, ITAC, CSRD, Sapin II, etc.).
• Contribute to process design and improvement projects with Procure-to-Pay and inventory teams.
• Deploy compliance programs and provide training to promote awareness of risks and controls.
