Job summary

Syensqo SA in Lisbon is seeking a Finance professional to support management accounting, costing, and inventory/accounting tasks. The role involves collaborating with site controllers, auditing support, and ensuring timely delivery of outputs.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience, a degree in Finance or related fields, and proficient SAP/M365 skills. The position offers hybrid work with regular onsite days in Lisbon.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Economics.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in Management Accounting / Controlling / Costing / Inventory Accounting / Asset Accounting.
• Strong knowledge of M365 tools and SAP.
• AI tools: ability to use AI tools to support day-to-day tasks (with appropriate validation of outputs).

Responsibilities

• Work directly with key stakeholders to gather inputs, align on conclusions, and ensure timely delivery.
• Provide direct support to external auditors, including preparing audit-ready documentation and coordinating follow-ups.
• Execute internal controls and contribute to continuous improvements to strengthen compliance.
