Job summary

Kardex Business Services in Lisbon seeks an experienced Finance specialist to establish Finance reporting and accounting. You will own selected accounting activities during transition, document processes, and support onboarding.

The role requires hands-on execution, process documentation, and cross-border knowledge transfer. As the team grows, you will mentor junior professionals, drive standardization and automation, and collaborate with colleagues in Switzerland and across Europe.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Finance and Accounting.
• Hands-on transactional accounting, reconciliations, and closing.
• Strong SAP S/4HANA Finance experience (SAP Fiori).
• Experience with international, multi-entity European accounting.
• Fluent English and Portuguese; German helpful.

Responsibilities

• Own selected accounting activities during transition into Lisbon.
• Document processes, controls, and working instructions.
• Support knowledge transfer and onboarding of junior colleagues.
• Help establish standard Group processes and automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with Swiss and European teams to ensure continuity.
