Job summary

Randstad NV in Lisbon is seeking a Finance Master Data Manager to oversee Finance master data, including cost centers, project codes and chart of accounts, ensuring data quality across the SAP environment and with group standards.

You will collaborate with Accounting, Controlling, Tax & Customs and Internal Control to harmonize data, lead data management projects, and partner cross-functionally with HR and Supply Chain in a hybrid Lisbon-based role.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven experience in accounting, audit, or management control.
• Strong finance and accounting skills with data manipulation.
• Proactive, autonomous and rigorous with cross-functional partnering ability.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage Finance master data (cost centers, project codes, chart of accounts) in SAP.
• Ensure data quality and consistency across systems and Group standards.
• Define master data rules and own repositories; drive future developments.
