Decskill is seeking an AI Architect to redefine software planning, building, and operation in an AI-native world. The role bridges business, technology, and people, translating ambition into execution with balance of innovation and risk.

You will lead end-to-end AI pipeline design, model training, deployment, and MLOps governance, working in a hybrid setup from Lisbon, Portugal. A strong background in software engineering and AI strategy is essential.

Qualificações

• At least 7 years with a strong background in software engineering, digital platforms, and large-scale technology delivery.
• Experience defining and executing AI or technology strategies in complex environments.
• Solid understanding of AI, machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI, with a practical mindset.
• Experience with Large Language Models and the applied usage patterns.
• Experience with model monitoring, observability, MLOps tooling, and Agile.
• Experience working with public cloud platforms, especially AWS, and related AI/ML technologies and services is a plus.
• Experience with model comparison, security, privacy and FinOps in the context of AI is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Architect, build, and optimise end to end AI pipelines from requirements to production readiness.
• Develop, fine-tune, and operationalise ML/DL models with scalable integration into platforms.
• Implement robust CI/CD workflows for AI, ML, automate training pipelines, and manage lifecycle governance.
• Continuously evaluate and optimise AI models for real-time performance in large-scale environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to engineer AI-driven solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
