team.it is seeking a Data Scientist / AI Engineer to join an ambitious AI transformation within a leading European financial organization in Lisbon. You will design, build, and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions across Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and autonomous agentic systems.

You will collaborate with data engineers and product teams, apply ML/NLP techniques, tune models, and ensure governance and scalable deployment.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in AI/ML or Data Science.
• Experience deploying AI solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong experience with Generative AI and LLMs.
• Experience implementing RAG architectures and semantic search.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI, AI Agents, and orchestration frameworks.
• Experience with Vector Databases.
• Advanced programming in Python.
• Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, or similar.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions.
• Build and optimize Generative AI applications using state-of-the-art LLMs.
• Fine-tune and extend language models (open-source and commercial).
• Design and implement RAG architectures.
• Develop autonomous Agentic AI solutions and multi-agent systems.
• Implement agent frameworks, memory layers, and tool integrations.
• Leverage vector databases for semantic search and retrieval.
• Perform exploratory data analysis and feature engineering.
• Develop predictive models using ML techniques.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Product Teams, and Stakeholders.
• Ensure AI solutions meet quality, reliability, scalability, and governance.
