Lynxmind is seeking a Senior AI Solutions Architect in Lisbon to drive a strategic AI transformation, shaping AI-native architectures and an orchestrated ecosystem across SDLC, Data and IT Operations. You will design blueprints, ensure security, govern interoperability and optimize cloud AI/ML workloads.

Hybrid work model in Lisbon with 2 days per week onsite. 7–8+ years of architecture experience and strong hands-on skills are required, along with stakeholder management and cross-functional

Qualificações

• 7–8+ years of experience in Systems, Solution or Technical Architecture.
• Strong hands-on profile with ability to code and work on platforms.
• Proven experience with AI-native architectures, agent orchestration, LLMs and guardrails.
• Cloud architecture knowledge for AI/ML workloads, including cost management and caching.
• Experience with heterogeneous environments and microservices.

Responsabilidades

• Define architectural standards and blueprints for AI integration across SDLC, Data and Ops.
• Design and evolve AI-native architectures including agent orchestration and LLMs.
• Ensure interoperability across platforms and manage technical debt and legacy migration.
• Design infrastructure and deployment strategies for AI/ML workloads.
• Apply Security by Design, AI-powered quality gates and observability.
• Participate in Architecture Review Boards and share best practices.
