The role focuses on maintaining MuleSoft platforms, incident resolution, and platform automation in a global, multicultural setting. A hybrid work model is offered with remote work where possible.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• 5–7 years of MuleSoft platform operations experience (not API development).
• Strong expertise with MuleSoft Flex Gateway (Omni Gateway).
• Hands-on Terraform, GitHub and OpenShift experience.
• Knowledge of AWS/Azure cloud environments.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management.
• Experience with Argo CI/CD and modern DevOps approaches.
• Fluent English and excellent stakeholder communication.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day operational support and platform maintenance for MuleSoft platforms.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents within SLA targets.
• Handle escalations from second-line support teams.
• Monitor platform performance, capacity and availability for stability.
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Support deployments, releases, and production changes.
• Create and maintain SOPs and knowledge base articles.
• Develop automation scripts to streamline operations.
• Identify recurring issues and drive service improvements.
• Participate in on-call support and collaborate in a multicultural environment.

What You'll do:

• Provide day-to-day operational support and platform maintenance;
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents within agreed SLA targets;
• Handle escalated issues from second-line support teams;
• Monitor platform performance, capacity, and availability to ensure operational stability and scalability;
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and recommend corrective and preventive actions;
• Support deployments, releases, production changes, and service requests;
• Create and maintain operational documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and knowledge base articles;
• Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline operational activities;
• Identify recurring issues and drive continuous service improvement initiatives;
• Support major incident management and service restoration activities;
• Monitor operational KPIs and contribute to service quality improvements;
• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and optimization opportunities;
• Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers in a multicultural and international environment;
• Participate in on-call support activities when required;
• Hybrid work model.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
• 5 to 7 years of experience managing and supporting MuleSoft platforms (platform operations rather than API development);
• Strong expertise with MuleSoft Flex Gateway (Omni Gateway);
• Hands-on experience with Terraform, GitHub, and OpenShift;
• Good understanding of authentication and authorization standards, including OAuth and OpenID;
• Knowledge of AWS and Azure cloud environments;
• Experience working with ITIL processes and service management practices;
• Familiarity with Argo CI/CD and modern DevOps methodologies;
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills;
• Comfortable working in international and cross-functional environments;
• Fluent English.
