PrimeIT in Lisbon is seeking an API Expert to provide L2 MuleSoft operations support, ensuring service continuity and SLA compliance. This mid-level role requires 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience and the ability to operate in an international environment.

Responsibilities include incident analysis, troubleshooting, deployments, runbooks, and maintaining operational docs and automation scripts. The position offers a base salary of €1,200–€2,000 plus food allowance and flex benefits.

Qualificações

• Experience with MuleSoft platform administration and operations (not API development).
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes, incident management, troubleshooting, and operational support.
• Experience with Linux, networking, XML/JSON, and monitoring/logging tools.

• Create and maintain operational documentation, knowledge base articles, root cause analyses, and automation scripts for repetitive tasks.
• Lead production support meetings, track operational actions through completion, and drive continuous platform improvements.

Level of Experience: Mid (3 to 6 years)

• Salary Package & Benefits: €1,200 to €2,000 (salary base) + Food Allowance + Flex Benefits

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 operational support for the MuleSoft platform, ensuring service continuity and SLA compliance.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents by analyzing logs and escalating complex issues when required.
• Support deployments, releases, change implementations, and operational activities, including executing runbooks and recovery procedures.
• Create and maintain operational documentation, knowledge base articles, root cause analyses, and automation scripts for repetitive tasks.
• Lead production support meetings, track operational actions through completion, and drive continuous platform improvements.

Skills

• Experience with MuleSoft platform administration and operations (not API development), including Flex Gateway, Terraform, and OpenShift.
• Knowledge of GitHub, Argo CI/CD, AWS, Azure, and authentication/authorization standards (OAuth, OpenID).
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes, incident management, troubleshooting, and operational support.
• Experience with Linux, ServiceNow, Postman, SOAPUI, XML/JSON, and networking concepts (Load Balancers, Firewalls, Virtual IPs).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, automation, and communication skills in international environments.
