Next Engineering is seeking a MuleSoft Platform Expert to own L3 operations for MuleSoft environments and drive reliable service in a hybrid Lisbon role. You will automate deployments, lead incident resolution with RCA, and collaborate with international teams to improve service quality.

We value deep MuleSoft platform knowledge, OpenShift production experience, and strong ITIL competency, plus fluency in English.

Qualificações

Strong MuleSoft platform administration experience.
Experience with Flex Gateway / Omni Gateway.
Proficient in Terraform, GitHub, Argo CD and CI/CD pipelines.
Solid OpenShift experience in production environments.
Good knowledge of AWS and Azure.
Solid API security knowledge including OAuth/OIDC and cert management.
Familiar with ITIL incident and change management.
Excellent stakeholder communication in multicultural settings.
Autonomous, analytical and capable of owning complex ops.
Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

Own L3 platform operations for MuleSoft environments, ensuring stability, scalability and performance.
Manage and continuously improve MuleSoft Flex Gateway / Omni Gateway.
Lead production incident resolution with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Automate platform deployments and upgrades using Terraform, CI/CD and OpenShift.
Drive continuous service improvement and serve as technical reference for international teams.
