Lusoar, part of Atlas Copco Group, seeks an Inside Sales & Service Specialist 1 to coordinate service activities and spare parts for industrial customers in Portugal. You’ll act as a key interface between customers, sales, service technicians and suppliers, ensuring timely quotations, orders and smooth logistics.

The role emphasizes teamwork, strong customer service, and a technical understanding of industrial products. Portuguese and English fluency are required; forklift experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the first point of contact for customers by phone, email, and counter.
• Understand customer needs and recommend parts, maintenance kits and service solutions.
• Prepare, issue and follow up service quotations and process orders.
• Plan daily workload of technicians for preventive and corrective interventions.
• Coordinate planned and urgent service interventions and schedules.
• Monitor stock levels, lead times and back orders; manage parts repository.
• Ensure accurate data in ERP; support purchasing, invoicing and admin tasks.
• Collaborate with sales, service, finance, suppliers and customers.
