Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is seeking an Infrastructure System Administrator to join our IT team in Lisbon. You will maintain Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, backups, and network services, ensuring availability, security, and performance of the technology stack.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in systems administration, strong Windows Server/AD skills, and experience with VMware or Hyper‑V, networking, and disaster recovery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in systems and infrastructure administration.
• Solid knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Experience with virtualization (VMware or Hyper‑V).
• Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents.
• Good knowledge of technical English.
