Job summary

Capgemini Engineering in Lisbon is seeking a DevOps/Platform Engineer to design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, manage deployments with GitOps (ArgoCD), and adminster Kubernetes and OpenShift platforms. You will automate infrastructure with Terraform and Ansible, build Helm charts, and craft automation scripts.

We value hands-on experts with Terraform, Ansible, scripting, and strong collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Recent experience in a DevOps Engineer or Platform Engineer role.
• Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Proven experience with GitOps methodologies and ArgoCD.
• Solid knowledge of Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift administration.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and configuration management (Ansible).
• Proficiency in Helm and Kubernetes application deployment practices.
• Strong automation and scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python, PowerShell).
• Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
