Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Project Manager for Information Systems in Lisbon. You will bridge business and technical teams, ensuring complex technology projects are delivered on time and within budget.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive lifecycle activities from requirements to go-live, and manage risks while maintaining strong supplier and stakeholder relationships. Hybrid work is offered.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Information Systems project management.
• Thorough understanding of full software development lifecycles (requirements, development, testing, training, go-live, post-production).
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, databases, cloud) and cybersecurity principles.

Responsibilities

• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions, managing scope, planning, quality and deliverables.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage dependencies and resource constraints.
• Identify and mitigate technical, functional, and organizational risks to keep projects on time and budget.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, stakeholders and key users as the central communication point.
• Oversee end-to-end software development lifecycle activities from requirements to post-production support.
