Team IT in Lisbon is seeking an experienced engineering leader to inspire and grow high-performing teams. You will coach engineers, align delivery with business priorities, and partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to shape projects.

This hybrid role in Lisbon offers a chance to influence engineering culture and drive excellence. We value work-life balance, continuous learning, and a sustainable approach to technology.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in an engineering role (QA Eng, Software Eng, or similar).
• Experience in leading or coaching engineers or engineering teams.
• Proven track-record combining people leadership with technical delivery ownership.
• Strong understanding of engineering quality, maintainability, testability, and operational excellence.
• Ability to translate business priorities into sustainable team execution.
• Confident in collaborating with Product Owners, stakeholders, Agile Leads, and engineering roles.
• Passion for building healthy, empowered, continuously improving teams.
• Excellent English skills, written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe.
• Hybrid project in Lisbon.

What you need to join us:
