Job summary

Decskill, an IT consulting firm with more than 10 years in the market, is growing and seeks a Delivery Manager who is fluent in French. The role is based in Portugal with a hybrid working model and will coordinate delivery across Engineering, QA, Support, Infrastructure, Web, Backend and Mobile teams.

You will lead delivery planning, manage risks and incidents, run Agile ceremonies, coordinate releases, and provide clear status reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Delivery Manager, Technical Project Manager, IT Delivery Lead, or similar.
• Solid experience with Agile software engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of delivery planning, risk management, incident management, production releases, and operational support.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders across distributed environments.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent French (mandatory) and professional English.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain delivery plans based on business priorities, team capacity, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Engineering, QA, Support, Infrastructure, Web, Backend, and Mobile.
• Monitor delivery commitments, milestones, risks, blockers, and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure accurate project tracking using Jira and Confluence.
• Coordinate production releases, deployments, Go/No-Go decisions, and post-release reviews.
• Lead operational incident coordination, root-cause analysis, and preventive improvement initiatives.
• Manage the operational delivery and RUN activities of the current Izly platform.
• Drive Collect.Online migration activities, legacy application support, and system decommissioning initiatives.
• Provide clear delivery reporting, communicate project status, and escalate critical issues to management.
• Promote continuous improvement across delivery processes, operational support, documentation, and team collaboration.

Your Responsibilities:

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Technical Project Manager, IT Delivery Lead, or in a similar delivery coordination role.
• Solid experience working with Agile software engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of delivery planning, risk management, incident management, production releases, and operational support.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders across distributed environments.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence to challenge unrealistic commitments and proactively **escalate** delivery risks.
• Fluent French (mandatory) and professional English.
