Emma Sleep in Lisbon is seeking an influencer marketing lead to manage and expand our Portuguese partner network, recruit and onboard new creators, and optimize campaigns for ROI. The role collaborates with local and global marketing teams to ensure brand-aligned content and profitable partnerships.

Fluency in English and French, hands-on ownership, and a proactive mindset are essential for thriving in our fast-paced environment.

• You will manage and optimize partner relationships in the country, while developing and expanding our influencer network to drive sales and strengthen brand credibility.
• You will recruit and onboard new influencers through different channels, ensuring strong brand fit and creating engaging content that drives customer action and conversion.
• You will negotiate and manage contract structures with partners, ensuring profitability and long-term value.
• You will analyze content and performance data to evaluate campaign effectiveness and continuously optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, while owning and growing influencer marketing revenue month-on-month.
• You will work closely with local and global marketing teams and agencies, ensuring alignment with business goals, smooth communication, and a high-performing partner ecosystem.
• You are fluent in English and French.
• You have collaborative skills and a creative mind.
• You can adapt to a fast-paced growth environment involving time-sensitive projects.
• You are structured and organized.
• You have great stakeholder management skills and can deal with multiple projects simultaneously.
