Emma Sleep GmbH in Lisbon is seeking a Marketing Project Lead for the French team to localize ads, optimize campaigns, and deliver high-quality projects on time.

You will define action plans with an agile approach, manage statuses across teams, and work across channels while driving Emma's brand preference in Europe. This is a hands-on role in a fast-growing, international environment with opportunities for growth and learning.

What you'll do :

• You will join our French Team to bring to life our marketing strategy - optimize and localize the best advertisements, deliver high quality projects in a timely manner.
• You will identify and structure, together with your team, key challenges and the best action plans to strengthen Emma's brand preference.
• You will develop project plans with an agile and results-oriented approach.
• You will communicate and manage statuses of project tasks with different teams.
• You will be able to work with different marketing channels and assess the impact of your projects.

• You speak fluent English and French.
