Emma – The Sleep Company in Lisbon is seeking a dynamic influencer marketing specialist to manage partner relationships and grow our influencer network across Portugal. You will recruit and onboard influencers, negotiate contracts, and drive content that boosts sales and brand credibility.

You’ll analyze campaign performance, optimize ROI, and collaborate with local and global marketing teams to ensure alignment with business goals.

• Fluent in English and Spanish; strong communication skills.

What you’ll do :

• You will manage and optimize partner relationships in the country, while developing and expanding our influencer network to drive sales and strengthen brand credibility
• You will recruit and onboard new influencers through different channels, ensuring strong brand fit and creating engaging content that drives customer action and conversion
• You will negotiate and manage contract structures with partners, ensuring profitability and long-term value
• You will analyze content and performance data to evaluate campaign effectiveness and continuously optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, while owning and growing influencer marketing revenue month-on-month
• You will work closely with local and global marketing teams and agencies, ensuring alignment with business goals, smooth communication, and a high-performing partner ecosystem
