Emma – The Sleep Company in Lisbon is offering a category management internship in our fast-growing ecommerce team. You will work on own projects, monitor online product performance, and help identify growth opportunities.

The role is ideal for students or graduates in business or related fields, fluent in English and French, available for at least 6 months starting January 2027, with a competitive monthly package of 1250€ inclusive of benefits.

Qualificações

• Pursuing or graduated in business administration, media management or related university program.
• Strong business sense or startup/fast-paced experience.

• Fluent in English and French.

Responsabilidades

• Manage own projects in category management within one Ecommerce market.
• Monitor online product performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Share product insights with marketing to drive campaigns.
• Regularly analyze the sleep product market for trends and customer behavior.
• Suggest ideas to improve customer experience based on feedback.
• Learn and grow with support from a senior team member.

What you'll do:

• You will be responsible for managing your own projects in the field of category management in one of our Ecommerce markets.
• You will monitor the online sales of our products to track product performances and identify growth opportunities.
• You will share your product insights to our marketing teams to help them run impactful and efficient campaigns
• You will regularly analyze the market for sleeping products (new trends, customer behavior, competition…)
• You will suggest ideas to improve our customer experience based on customer feedback.
• You will be supported by a more senior team member to help you grow professionally and personally.

Who we're looking for:

• This internship will start on 1st of January 2027
• You are studying or have graduated in business administration, media management or any related university program.
• You have a strong business sense or have gained first practical working experience in a start-up/fast-paced environment
• You have strong analytical skills and can learn quickly.
• You like to take on responsibility and are able to work independently.
• You are available for at least 6 months.
• You are fluent inEnglish and French
