You will install, commission, maintain, and upgrade systems while diagnosing incidents and providing proactive customer service. The role involves hands-on work with DCS/ESD/F&G/PLC/SCADA, travel domestically and internationally, and

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in industrial automation or related field.
• Hands-on OT experience: DCS, ESD, F&G, PLC, SCADA.
• Engineering degree or technical qualification in Engineering, Industrial Automation, Electronics, or related field.
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Available for on-call rotation.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality technical support for Honeywell automation, safety, cybersecurity, and digital solutions.
• Configure, install, commission, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade systems on-site and remotely.
• Support projects from small modifications to large modernization initiatives.
• Install and maintain servers, networks, virtualized environments, and hardware/software per GSM standards.
• Diagnose incidents using structured problem solving and root-cause analysis.
• Manage customer incidents and service requests with proactive communication.
• Build trusted customer relationships and identify opportunities to improve operations.
