Sidel is seeking a Field Service Engineer – Automation to install, startup and service high-tech automation on production lines at customer sites worldwide. You will work closely with Sidel equipment, test performance, and report findings to ensure contractual and safety standards are met.

Ideal candidates hold a technical qualification or engineering degree, with knowledge of electrical drawings, andcertifications in Electrical and Automation.

• Technical professional qualification or Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Good knowledge of electrical drawings.
• Training or certification in Electrical and Automation.
• Fluent English and Portuguese, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel approx. 90% across Europe and Central Asia.
• Hands-on mindset with interest in technology, problem-solving and customer support.

Responsabilidades

• Install, start up and provide technical assistance for Sidel production lines, with a focus on automation.
• Install and commission Sidel equipment at customer sites worldwide.
• Test and evaluate equipment performance according to technical, contractual and safety specifications.
• Identify, manage and report equipment non-conformities accurately.
• Prepare working time records and technical reports related to activities performed.
• Identify and report potential after-sales opportunities while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Your Profile

• Training or certification in Electrical and Automation.
• Fluent English and Portuguese, both written and spoken.
• Willingness and availability to travel extensively, approximately 90% of the time, mainly across Europe and Central Asia.
• A curious, hands-on mindset with a strong interest in technology, problem-solving and customer support.
