Jobtailor is seeking a proactive marketing professional to lead in-store activations and product communication for Emma stores and retail partners across 8 EU markets. You will drive POS material creation, coordinate cross-functional teams, and develop an A/B testing framework to optimize campaigns.

• Experience in in-store marketing, including displays and layouts.
• Experience with online promotions, including ads and product placements.
• Excited to learn about retail and digital marketing.
• Ability to work with different teams and juggle multiple tasks.
• Proactive, hands-on approach.

Responsabilidades

• Lead in-store marketing activations and product communication for Emma stores and retail partner stores in 8 EU markets.
• Support creation of point-of-sale materials, including banners, roll-ups, lightboxes, and displays.
• Create a framework for point-of-sale material A/B testing.
• Manage in-store campaign implementation for seasonal sales periods.
• Follow up with an intern on production, shipping, and execution of visual materials in 500+ stores.
• Drive store traffic through joint marketing campaigns with partners.
• Ensure consistent brand presentation across stores and retailers, both in-store and online.
• Collaborate with sales, store teams, business development, product, brand, and creative teams.
