Emma – The Sleep Company is seeking a Trade Marketing professional to lead in-store activations and product communication across Emma stores and partner retailers in 8 EU markets. You will create and execute POS materials to boost conversion and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency.

You will gain hands-on experience in both physical retail marketing and online promotions while working in a fast-growing, international environment.

Qualificações

• Experience in in-store marketing (displays, layouts).
• Strong online promotions experience and channel thinking.
• Fluent in English; other EU languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead in-store marketing activations and product communication for Emma stores and retail partner stores in 8 EU markets.
• Support the creation of POS materials like banners, roll-ups, lightboxes, and displays to attract customers and influence conversion.
• Develop retail design know‑how by creating a framework for POSm A/B testing.
• Manage the implementation of campaigns in-store to promote seasonal sales periods, with internship support on production, shipping and execution in 500+ stores.
• Help drive store traffic by steering co‑joint marketing campaigns with partners and ensuring brand and product visibility in a competitive setup.
• Ensure our brand looks consistent across all stores and retailers, both in-store and online.

• Join our Trade Marketing Team! You will lead the in-store marketing activations and product communication for Emma stores and retail partner stores in 8 markets across EU.
• Support the creation of eye-catching POS (point-of-sale) materials like banners, roll‑ups, lightboxes, and displays to attract customers and influence conversion.
• Develop retail design know‑how by creating a frame work for POSm A/B testing.
• Manage the implementation of campaigns in-store to promote seasonal sales periods, by following‑up with the support of 1 intern on production, shipping and execution of visual materials in 500+ stores.
• Help drive store traffic by steering co‑joint marketing campaigns together with partners and making sure our brand and products get noticed in a competitive set‑up.
• Make sure our brand looks consistent across all stores and different retailers, both in-store and online.
• Work with different teams (sales, stores teams, business development, product, brand and creative) to help bring our marketing ideas to life.
• You’re excited to learn about retail and digital marketing.
• You have experience in in‑store marketing (like displays and layouts) and online promotions (like ads and product placements).
• You enjoy working with different teams and juggling multiple tasks.
• You’re proactive, hands‑on, and love bringing ideas to life.
• Fluent in English (extra languages like Spanish, Portuguese, German, or Dutch are a plus!).
• Get hands‑on experience in both physical retail marketing and online promotions.
• Work in a fun, fast‑growing, and international environment.
