Siemens Energy is seeking a visionary Head of Network Security in Amadora to lead a global, platform-based security service portfolio. You will drive a transformation toward automated, AI-enabled operations and secure connectivity across IT and OT environments.

You will collaborate with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Architecture teams to develop scalable, secure solutions, reduce technical debt, and build a high-performing team. A Bachelor's in IT and strong leadership are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• Proven leadership in global network/security/infrastructure portfolios.
• Strong knowledge of Zero Trust, SASE, ZTNA, segmentation, and cloud security.
• Experience driving large-scale transformation and platform modernization.

Responsabilidades

• Own and evolve the global Secure Access & Segmentation service portfolio.
• Define and execute the transformation roadmap toward platform-based, software-defined network security services.
• Drive the adoption of Zero Trust, SASE, ZTNA, and segmentation across IT and OT.
• Lead automation and AI initiatives to improve service delivery, observability, and outcomes.
• Establish platform engineering practices, self-service capabilities, and a product-oriented operating model.
• Partner with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Cloud, Architecture, and OT teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Drive simplification, standardization, and modernization of the network security landscape.
• Build and develop a high-performing global team with an engineering, innovation mindset.

Head of Network Security

Location: Amadora, P11, PT. Contract: Full time. On-site position.

As Head of Network Security Services, you will shape and drive the future of secure connectivity across Siemens Energy. You will lead the transformation from traditional network security operations toward a platform-based, highly automated, and AI-enabled service model that supports business growth, resilience, and innovation. Working closely with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Cloud, Architecture, and OT stakeholders, you will help define the next generation of Secure Access & Segmentation capabilities. Your focus will be on building scalable platforms, strengthening engineering excellence, and turning emerging technologies into measurable customer and business value.

• Own and evolve the global Secure Access & Segmentation service portfolio, aligning security, business value, and user experience.
• Define and execute the transformation roadmap toward platform-based, software-defined, and cloud-integrated network security services.

• Bachelor's degree in IT areas
• Proven leadership experience managing global network, security, connectivity, or infrastructure service portfolios
• Strong understanding of modern network security architectures, including Zero Trust, SASE, ZTNA, segmentation, and cloud security
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale transformation, platform modernization, and operating model evolution
• Experience driving automation, observability, AI-enabled operations, or platform engineering at scale.
• Ability to align technology strategy with business objectives and influence senior stakeholders across organizational boundaries.
• Passion for innovation, simplification, continuous improvement, and building future-ready services.
