Sysmatch is hiring an IAM Team Leader for a hybrid role based in Lisbon. You will lead a 24x7 IAM engineering team, design AD/ADFS/PKI and governance solutions, and drive identity security with Entra ID, MFA, and SSO.

Strong leadership, architecture skills, and English communication are essential. The role collaborates with clients and internal teams to deliver secure, scalable identity platforms.

Qualificações

• 7+ years in Identity and Access Management with 2+ years leadership or architecture.
• Certifications in IAM; MCIDAA or equivalent preferred.
• Deep knowledge of AD DS/FS/CS, Kerberos, LDAP and Group Policy.
• Experience with Entra ID, MFA, SSO, PIM and CA governance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead IAM team, plan shifts for 24x7 engineers, manage workload and performance reviews.
• Design and govern end-to-end IAM architecture (AD, ADFS, PKI, SSO).
• Oversee Entra ID, CA, MFA, SSO, external identities, and SCIM automation.
• Govern PKI, certificate services, and auto-enrollment policies.
• Coordinate with ServiceNow for automation across Change, Incident, and Request.
• Produce governance reports and architecture documentation.
