Sysmatch seeks an IAM Team Leader for a hybrid role in Lisbon. You will lead the IAM engineers, design end-to-end identity architectures, and govern AD DS/FS, Entra ID, SSO, and PKI while coordinating automation with PowerShell and Python across ServiceNow workflows.

The role requires 7+ years in IAM with leadership experience and strong English communication. Expect collaborative delivery for a major client in a dynamic, cross-time-zone environment.

Qualificações

• 7+ years in IAM with 2+ years in leadership/architecture roles
• Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator Associate or equivalent
• Strong AD DS/AD FS/AD CS, Kerberos, LDAP and Group Policy knowledge
• Extensive Entra ID, CA, MFA/Passwordless, SSO, and governance experience
• Knowledge of SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and RADIUS
• Experience with CyberArk/SailPoint PAM/governance platforms
• PKI architecture design and certificate services expertise
• Scripting/automation with PowerShell and Python
• ServiceNow modules for Incident/Change/Request/CMDB
• Excellent English communication and leadership in global teams

Responsabilidades

• Lead IAM team, plan shifts for 24x7 engineers, manage workload and performance reviews
• Design and govern end-to-end IAM architecture including AD/Entra ID and PKI
• Oversee AD FS, SSO configurations, and external identity providers
• Govern PAM/PIM architectures with least privilege and monitoring
• Coordinate automation with PowerShell/Python and ServiceNow workflows
• Produce governance documentation and architecture decisions
• Support recruitment, onboarding and training of IAM staff
