Fyld is hiring an IAM Engineer in Portugal (Lisboa). You will work on identity and access management across secure, scalable tech solutions, collaborating with a team that values growth, transparency and real impact.

We require 3+ years in IAM, strong knowledge of IAM concepts and protocols, and experience with Active Directory or Microsoft Entra ID. English fluency is essential; joiner/mover/leaver processes and RBAC/pam concepts are a plus.

Qualificações

• Bachelor-level degree in a relevant field (e.g., CS, IT, Cybersecurity).
• 3+ years in Identity and Access Management or related IAM roles.
• Strong knowledge of IAM principles and access governance.
• Experience implementing and managing IAM solutions.
• Proficiency with AD and/or Microsoft Entra ID.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement and operate IAM solutions ensuring secure authentication and authorization across enterprise apps.
• Manage user provisioning/deprovisioning and joiner/mover/leaver processes.
• Support access reviews, privileged access and segregation of duties controls.
• Troubleshoot identity-related issues and implement least-privilege access strategies.
• Collaborate with security and IT teams; communicate with stakeholders.
