Sysmatch in Lisbon is seeking an IAM Team Leader for a hybrid role to guide and scale the IAM function across 24x7 operations. You will architect identity services, including AD DS/FS/CS, Entra ID, and PKI, while steering governance and automation initiatives.

You will mentor engineers, coordinate with ServiceNow workflows, and drive security enhancements. The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in IAM, leadership exposure, and strong scripting skills with PowerShell and Python.

Qualificações

• Minimum 7 years in IAM with at least 2 years in leadership/architecture.
• Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate or equivalent.
• Expert knowledge of AD DS/AD FS/AD CS, Kerberos, LDAP, and Group Policy.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), CA, MFA/passwordless, SSO, and identity governance.
• Strong scripting/automation in PowerShell and Python.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow modules (Incident, Change, Request, CMDB).
• Fluent English (B2+).

Responsabilidades

• Lead IAM team including shift planning for 24x7 engineers.
• Govern end-to-end IAM architecture including AD and federation.
• Architect AD FS, SSO configurations and external trust relationships.
• Oversee AD CS PKI architecture and auto-enrollment policies.
• Define identity governance and PAM with CyberArk and SailPoint.
• Coordinate IAM workflows in ServiceNow (Change, Request, Incident).
• Produce architecture docs and governance reports for internal teams and customers.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of IAM staff.
