Job summary

Motorola Solutions Portugal, Lda is seeking a Hybrid Technical Support Engineer to resolve complex hardware and software issues across phone, live-chat and email. You will maintain product knowledge across Cloud Video & Access Control platforms and document details in our case system.

Ideal candidates have strong problem-solving and English communication skills, TCP/IP networking experience, and a self-starting attitude.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English, written and spoken.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostics abilities.
• Experience with TCP/IP networking and OS/software hardware issues.
• Self-starter able to work independently and learn quickly.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and software issues by phone, chat, and email.
• Maintain deep product knowledge of evolving cloud video platforms.
• Document customer and technical data in case management system.
• Prioritize tasks to manage incoming contacts and existing cases.
• Occasionally provide after-hours/weekend on-call support.
• Adapt schedule Tue-Sat or Wed-Sun if needed.
