Motorola Solutions is seeking a proactive hybrid-support specialist to learn and support our cloud software and products, including CCTV, access control, and related services. You will troubleshoot hardware and software with customers via phone, chat, email, and remote sessions, documenting issues accurately.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong problem solving, fluent English, and the ability to multitask while maintaining high-quality customer service.

Qualificações

• Strong problem solving skills with ability to resolve customer issues quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Able to work independently and in a team with minimal supervision.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage customer expectations.
• Willingness to learn new skills and products quickly.
• Knowledge of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, Ethernet).

Responsabilidades

• Hybrid role requiring regular office presence.
• Learn Motorola Solutions cloud software and products (CCTV, access control, cloud software, mobile apps, servers, networks).
• Troubleshoot hardware and software over phone, chat, email, and remote sessions.
• Document technical information in case management system.
• Provide excellent customer experience across channels.
• Collaborate with regional/global support teams.
• Be flexible for after-hours/weekend support.
• Diagnose root causes using logs and diagnostics; escalate to engineering when needed.
