Motorola Solutions Portugal, Lda is seeking a skilled support professional for a hybrid role, with regular in-office presence. You will learn and support Motorola Solutions cloud software and products, including CCTV cameras, access control hardware, cloud platforms, and network services.

Troubleshoot hardware and software remotely, document case details, and provide an excellent customer experience across calls, chat, and email.

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP/MCSA/MCSE/CompTIA A+.

Responsabilidades

• Provide an exceptional customer experience during calls, emails, chat, and escalations.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software products and document cases in the system.
• Collaborate with regional and global support teams to ensure high-quality support.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Motorola Solutions cloud software, CCTV, access control hardware, and networks.
• Be flexible to work on-call for after-hours and weekend support when required.
