Capgemini Engineering Portugal is seeking a 2nd Line Network Technician to ensure stability, performance and continuity of enterprise networks. You will provide advanced support, troubleshoot complex incidents, and act as a trusted client contact.

The role requires hands-on experience with Cisco/Huawei equipment, routing, switching and wireless technologies, and CCNA certification. Hybrid work options and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in telecommunications or enterprise network support with hands-on Cisco/Huawei equipment.
• Solid knowledge of routing, switching and wireless technologies for 2nd line support.
• Cisco CCNA certification (or equivalent) required, demonstrating networking fundamentals.
• Strong communication with a client-oriented mindset and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Provide advanced 2nd line technical support to clients and manage incident tickets to resolution.
• Diagnose and resolve complex network incidents through structured troubleshooting.
• Act as primary contact for clients, analyzing issues and delivering clear solutions.
• Collaborate with internal 3rd line teams and other specialists to resolve challenges.
• Monitor client networks to proactively identify and address issues.
