Job summary

MoOngy is seeking a Tech Lead Java to drive architecture and modernization efforts in a hybrid Lisbon-based role. You will lead development activities, maintain code quality, and support delivery in an Agile team across Europe and North Africa.

The role requires hands-on expertise in Java, CI/CD, and modernization initiatives, with a preference for experience in legacy environments and technical debt management. Flexibility for hybrid work is offered.

• Must have legal right to work in Portugal.

• Experience in Agile/Squad-based delivery.
