Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in communications, content operations, PR, or marketing coordination—ideally B2B industrial/technical products.
• Proven ability to lead and manifest something new (club, event, product, etc.) and discuss it.
• Hands-on fluency with AI/LLM tools to automate workflows and build simple processes.
• Willingness to follow a hybrid work schedule (remote + in-office).
• Excellent writing and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Own and run the external communications calendar.
• Plan strategically the schedule behind every solution launch and event to create customer anticipation.
• Coordinate PR and secure interviews across channels, trade pubs, and events.
• Work with the PR agency to create content and land interviews, keeping messaging consistent.
• Be the guardian of one Anova story across the website, trade journals, and distributors; use AI as the operating system.
• Lean on LLMs and automation to run the calendar, iterate, and keep messaging aligned at scale.
• Collaborate with Solutions Marketing Specialists, Sales, Product, and Vertical Market Directors.
