Thales Group in Portugal is seeking an O2C Team Member for a hybrid role based in Paço de Arcos. You will manage new customer creation and validations, modify customer accounts in the ERP, and perform credit risk assessments for new customers.

The role requires data analysis skills, strong Excel proficiency, and clear written English communication. Oracle ERP experience is a plus in a fast-paced, multicultural team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree, ideally in Accounting, Data Management or similar.
• Data analysis and strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel (V-lookups, pivot tables).
• Good written communication skills in English (mandatory).
• Knowledge of ERP system - Oracle is a plus.
• Experience in creating and validating companies as customers or suppliers is a plus.
• Identifying and implementing data improvement initiatives related to master data is a plus.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural, and fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Managing new customer creation and validating customer accounts in the ERP system.
• Handling customer account modifications in the ERP system.
• Credit risk assessment for new customers.
• Data management and quality initiatives.
• Managing orders on holds (risk assessment).
• Conducting periodic reviews of credit limits for existing customers.
• Run monthly statements reports.
