The role requires French (C2) and English (C1) proficiency, 2–5 years in AR/O2C, strong Excel skills, and ERP familiarity (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite) with excellent communication abilities.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent in French (C2) and English (C1).
• 2–5 years in Accounts Receivable / O2C / Finance Operations.
• Knowledge of accounting and finance principles.
• Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency (VLOOKUPs, Pivot).
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Process customer orders accurately and promptly.
• Generate invoices and credit notes per policy.
• Daily cash application of customer payments.
• Monitor AR aging and follow up on overdue invoices.
• Support resolution of simple customer queries and escalate when needed.
• Assist in reconciliations, month-end and audit requirements.
• Maintain updated customer data in ERP.
