Everycent is seeking a Business Development & Learning Solutions Consultant to combine commercial insight with a consultative approach. You will identify client needs, design tailored learning programs, and drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.

You will collaborate with internal experts to deliver innovative, measurable learning experiences and act as a trusted advisor on talent development initiatives. The role is hybrid, combining office presence with remote work.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in Business Development, Consultative Sales, Learning & Development, eLearning, HR Solutions, or Talent Solutions.
• Strong ability to identify client needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial acumen with a track record of achieving growth and revenue targets.
• Confidence in presenting, negotiating, and influencing decision-makers.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across target markets.
