DSV – Global transport and logistics in Lisbon, Portugal, hosts a PMO-based role. You will join a team of 160+ colleagues and manage medium to large corporate projects aligned to DSV strategy across multiple groups, including Road, Air & Sea, Contract Logistics, Group HR and IT.

You will work on-site in Lisbon with travel for project activities and a hybrid work arrangement. Strong leadership, communication and governance are essential to drive results in a fast-paced multinational environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of continuous project management experience with large corporate projects.
• Fluent in English and able to work with international stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Develop projects from initiation to operations following PMO process and governance.
• Align tasks and manage project members across multiple teams and country implementations.
• Oversee budgets and ensure cost control across teams to maximize value.
• Manage external partners, service providers, and consultants.
• Track progress and report project status to stakeholders.
• Identify risks and issues and steer communications with senior stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops, project boards and Townhall meetings.
