Job summary

Airbus Portugal SA is seeking an IT Strategic Buyer to onboard our Global Business Services (GBS). You will set up procurement activities for Digital Workplace technologies, software/hardware licensing, enterprise SaaS subscriptions, and IT services, ensuring optimal terms and value for the Company.

You will lead end-to-end sourcing for SaaS, collaboration software, hardware and IT services, negotiate Software License Agreements and MSAs, and drive license optimization across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT procurement, focused on Digital Workplace and SaaS.
• Experience negotiating complex software licenses and MSAs.
• Knowledge of GDPR and data protection in software procurement.
• Fluent in English; French or German a plus.
• Experience with e-procurement platforms like Coupa or SAP.
• Willingness to travel up to monthly.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sourcing for SaaS, software, hardware and IT services.
• Lead Calls for Tender for enterprise digital tools and services.
• Draft and negotiate Software License Agreements and MSAs.
• Drive license optimization and renewals across the portfolio.
• Manage strategic supplier programs with key publishers and cloud providers.
• Collaborate with architecture, IT security and end-user computing teams.
• Report savings achievement and align with long-term strategy.
• Engage with central procurement and drive innovation.
