Job summary

Jobbex Portugal is seeking an experienced IT procurement professional to develop and implement software sourcing strategies aligned with the Group's IT roadmap. You will lead with key vendors, including SaaS providers and systems integrators, and drive cost savings and supplier consolidation.

The ideal candidate has a background in Business Administration or Engineering, 7+ years in IT procurement, strong negotiation skills, and excellent communication and analytical abilities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT procurement.
• Expertise in software contract negotiation.
• Experience dealing with implementation partners.
• End-to-end sourcing processes knowledge.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement software sourcing strategies aligned with IT roadmap.
• Lead with key vendors, including SaaS providers and systems integrators.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings, quality improvement, and supplier consolidation.
• Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders for alignment with policies.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous procurement improvement.
• Ensure accurate usage of sourcing tools and reporting quality.
• Support evolution of procurement maturity across spend categories.
